Projects are implemented under continuous production and uninterrupted shipment conditions. Payback periods for complex projects range from 1 to 2 years.

We have been working with most of our clients for many years. They entrust us with installation of equipment and software upgrades on new lines as well as on the existing production sites. All upgrades are implemented within a continuous production and shipment process.

The main stages of work are:
  • Development or formalization of the technical specification. At this stage, it is important for us to understand the main requirement of the client as there are always several ways of its satisfaction and it is important for us to choose the best way
  • Pre-design - design of the expected result
  • Coordination of terms, standards and materials with the customer. We carefully and scrupulously define the requirements for all elements of the project implementation. During implementation, we meet regularly and on a scheduled basis
  • A priority support period of up to 2 weeks, which is necessary when implementing new systems
  • Transfer to warranty or post-guarantee maintenance. The standard duration of the warranty period is 1 year
