Employee training as a way to improve the quality of our services

ATC Basis LLC pays a lot of attention to the quality of development, for this reason it is necessary to maintain and develop the qualifications of our programmers and employees. We regularly hold trainings on the basis of completed projects, where leading system architects show and explain how to write code correctly, how to design a solution, and understand possible nuances.

These trainings take place in an online format and are designed for programmers of the middle level. Recently, training was organized on an integrated production process’s control system implemented at the sites of one of our regular customers. The main modules and elements were analyzed.
